Married: July 31, 1985, to Karl Kemery in Phoenix. He died Sept. 30, 2002. Activities: member of the church, Catholic Daughters and served on the calling committee at church; enjoyed crocheting, making hot pads and football.

Began working behind a meat counter at a market in Dodge City at age 13; worked at meatpacking plants in Dodge City, Kinsley, Holyrood, Pratt and Larned, Kan.; later worked in the meatpacking business in Oklahoma; was employed as a grain elevator operator, in construction and as an EMT dispatcher.
Married: June 24, 1953, to Winnie Steinkuehler in Cimarron, Kan.
Married: 1978, to Shirley Graham.
Retired from Jones Packing in Dodge City in 1979; moved to Cozad, 1994, and to the care center in Kearney in 2000.
Activities: had served in the Kansas National Guard; attended First Baptist Church while in Kearney.
