Survivors include his children, Beverly Walton of Kearney, John Pelster and his wife, Debra, of Burwell, La Vern Pelster and his wife, Echo, of North Platte, Suzanne Cheeks and her husband, Doug, of Midland, Texas, and Karla Hehnke and her husband, Jim, of Ravenna; 16 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sister, Lucille Jillson of Lincoln; sisters-in-law, Alfreda Pelster, Mildred Pelster, Bessie Hawks and Marilyn Krause; brother-in-law, Orland Krause; and many, many nieces and nephews
