After marriage, became a member of Hope Lutheran Church of Smithfield; was a dedicated wife, mother and very good homemaker on their farm in Gosper County; retired, 1973, and moved to Kearney; transferred to First Lutheran Church
Activities: enjoyed traveling, reading, belonging to Circle and sewing groups at the church and playing her piano; thoroughly enjoyed her family, especially her grandkids and great-grandkids; moved to the Regency Retirement Residence in Kearney and enjoyed her years there; later moved to St. John's
