Activities: was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran Church; member of the National Rifle Association and enjoyed hunting and fishing with his family; loved mowing his yard and working on things with his hands, especially Cadet mowers; enjoyed refurbishing toy tractors with his dad and remodeling homes with his parents; was dedicated to his mother; loved his family, especially his son, nieces and nephews

Battled a rare form of ovarian cancer for the past nine months; found her peace in the Lord and said many times she felt she was being carried in the palm of His hand; knew God was using her sickness to draw others closer to Him
Activities: member of the Ravenna Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary; lifelong member of Faith Lutheran Church in Hazard, taught Sunday school and facilitated many Bible studies; was active in Girl Scouts and led high school youth groups; loved spending time with her husband, daughters, grandchildren, extended family and friends

Activities: lifelong member of First Christian Church in Kearney, joined Living Faith Fellowship Church when the two congregations merged in 2014; enjoyed visiting with anyone he met; was a very devoted family man and a very caring person

Activities: was baptized and confirmed at Trinity Lutheran Church in Bloomfield; served as Scoutmaster for the United Methodist Boy Scout Troop 136 in Kearney for more than three decades, took numerous boys on High Adventure trips to the Wilderness Boundary Waters, canoe trips and hikes to Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico as well as several other camps; served at Camp Augustine Dad and Lad weekends several years as a canoe pond leader; was Santa at Amherst Public School and Hilltop Mall plus numerous other Christmas gatherings; was a Nebraska tourist guide on Interstate 80, was a devoted Christian husband and father, enjoying his six children, nine grandchildren and one stepgreat-grandchild and mentoring many young Scouts, several of whom later became Eagle Scouts

After marriage, lived in Kearney, worked as a stonecutter for Worley Monuments, 1956-1991; then worked for Cabela’s, retired in 2012
