Most of the children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren live in Lincoln and Ashland. From Ashland came Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Miller and three children, Mr. and Mrs. Gus Weitsell and five children, Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Luehr and son, Mr. and Mrs. Dwight Butler and son. Among the Lincoln relatives were Mr. and Mrs. A. G. Luehr and two children, Mrs. A. K. Luehr and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. John Krueger and two children and John Schmidt and five children.

Mr and Mrs. Luehr were married in Vandalia, Ill, and after living for eighteen years in Buffalo county, Nebraska, and for a time in Ashland, came to Lincoln twenty-five years ago.
