In the Matter of the Guardianship of Earl Elmer Dawson, a minor.
Notice is hereby given to all persons interested that on the 14th day of February, A.D. 1911, Charles L. Graves, guardian of said minor, filed in this court his report of his acts and doings as such guardian, together with a petition praying that said report be examined and approved, the he be allowed to pay to said ward the balance due, and that he be discharged from his trust as such guardian. A hearing upon said petition and report will be had before me, County Judge, at the court house in Plattsmouth, in said county, on the 24th day of February, A.D. 1911, at the hour of 9 oclock in the forenoon, at which time all persons interested in said matter may attend and examine said report and vouchers filed therewith.

It is hereby ordered that you and all persons interested in said matter may, and do, appear at the County Court to be held in and for said County, on the 25th day of November A.D., 1918, at 10 oclock A.M., to show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted, and that notice of the pendency of said petition and the hearing thereof be given to all persons interested in said matter by publishing a copy of this order in the Plattsmouth Journal, a semi-weekly newspaper printed in said county, for one week prior to said day of hearing.
