Claude H. Manning
Claude H. Manning was born near Weissert, Nebr. Dec. 22, 1892 and departed
this life April 3, 1916, aged 23 years, 3 months, 11 days. He was taken
sick Feb. 26 with a sore throat from which he never rallied. He leaves
to mourn his parents, 4 brothers, 6 sisters. His was the first death in
a family of 11 children, he being the oldest. Burial was in the Somerford
cemetery.
