VANDERVORT, COOPER, RAYMOND I am researching these names. My Grandparents, Edson and Minnie Raymond had a baby girl born in Farnam in August of 1893. My grandfather's brother, Carl W. Bjorkman (born in Sweden in 1886 and named Karl Wilhelm Johansson), I believe resided in this area though he is buried in Phelps county. He died in in 1895 after having been married a short time. It is possible he was married to a Malm. And rumor has it that he was involved either as a witness or participant in a crime, possible murder. Any leads would be appreciated. Joan.

His daughter Olive married James Conrad Beck. Olive and James moved to Oconto, Nebraska. Olives parents and brother settled near Lexington and Elwood. Please contact me.

I am looking for information on Fletcher Anderson who settled in Dawson County, Nebraska, south in the Fairview Community, first with uncle William Glover Anderson. Fletcher was born Ireland. He was married to a school teacher I think, possibly her maiden name was Vance. They had three children one daughter Esther, and 2 sons before they moved to California in about 1910. I have checked the marriage index on line for the marriage of Fletcher Anderson and Fannie Vance on June 11, 1893. They were living in Dawson County, Nebraska. Were they missed in the index, or married in a surrounding county.

Gullion mother Sara ann Rayl.He married Ada Fay Coleman. My greatgrandfather passed away when my grandmother was 9 years old. He had 2 brothers and 2 sisters.

NELSON, Olof. b. in Sweden 1851?, died Jan. 1940 in Gothenburg. Is my great grandfather. Wife's name was Petronella ("Nellie"). Looking for any info about him and his family. I believe they lived on a ranch near Brady, NE. His son, Arthur Nelson (my grandfather), also ranched near Brady until moving to South Texas in early 1940s.
