60th Anniversary - Donald and Sandra Curry
Donald and Sandra Curry of LeMars will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary Aug. 10, 2018.
The Curry girls are requesting a card shower for their parents’ Diamond Anniversary. Cards and greetings may be sent to the couple at 1259 Second Ave. S.W., LeMars, Iowa 51031.
A family gathering to celebrate the event will be held Saturday, Aug. 11 at Don and Sandy’s home.
The Curry Family singers will sing a special hymn on Sunday, Aug. 12, at St. John’s Lutheran Church ELCA in LeMars during the 8:15 a.m. worship service to honor Don and Sandy. All are welcome to attend.
Hosting the events will be their daughters: Christy Curry Hoyland and Kevin Hoyland of Iowa City; Nancy and Mike Dill of Cape Coral, Florida; Lisa and Charles Bogh of Coralville; Julie and Leonard Brazil, Remsen; Mary and Marty DeVille, Sioux Falls.
The couple has 16 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Donald Curry and Sandra Dahlman were married Aug. 10, 1958, at Salem Lutheran Church in Ponca, Nebraska.
