  • John C Ough established a post office in 1885 in Northeast Dundy. The town lost business and declined when the railroad was routed to Imperial in Chase County. Nebraska Historic Buildings Survey on the Internet Archive

  • Parks
  • Located in southern Dundy County, Parks is an unincorporated community. It was named after Frank Parks, who was a surveyor for the railroad. Wikipedia

  • Sanborn
  • An unincoporated community in Dundy County. Named for J.E. Sanborn. The post office opened in 1906 and was closed in 1929. (Wikipedia)

  • Sandwich
  • So named because it was sandwiched between the Circle Ranch and the Parsons ranch. It had no post office. Settled in 1884. Eventually became a ranch. Dundy County Heritage.
