Helen G. Fisher, 90, of Lincoln, died on Sunday, Feb.20, 2000in Lincoln. Fisher was a homemaker who was born in Geneva on Dec.28, 1909,to Abraham and Mary (Foster) Miller.

She was a lifelong member of the First Christian Church in Lincoln and the Order of Eastern Star.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Marian and Thomas Poggemeyer of Nebraska City; two grandchildren, Matthew Morrison of Omaha and Lindsey Flanagan of Rochester, N.Y; two step grandchildren, Jim Poggemeyer of Lincoln and Anne Roe of Lincoln; four great-grandchildren and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Worth; parents; brother, Ross Miller and two sisters, Inez Spangler and Vinetta Eaton.

Services will be at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb.23, 2000, at the First Christian Church Chapel, 430 S. 16th at K Street in Lincoln, with the Rev. Joseph L. Eubanks, Jr. officiating.

Pallbearers will be Matthew Morrison, Bryan Flanagan, Jim Poggemeyer, Jesse Roe, Gary Olson, Larry Olson, Tony Bales, and Michael Miller.

Burial of cremains will be on Thursday, Feb.24, at the Geneva City Cemetery in Geneva.

Roper and Sons Funeral Home are in charge of arrangements.
