ETHEL L. PRIBYL SERVICES HELD

Ethel Lucille Pribyl was born to Charley and Hattie Swan on December 9, 1903, at East Liver Pool, OH., and passed away November 12, 1989, at the Maplewood Nursing Home in Lincoln, at the age of 85 years, 11 months and 3 days.


Ethel came to Nebraska as a small girl, when her mother moved here and remarried.
She remained a resident to Nebraska for the rest of her life.
She was baptized as an infant in the Centrail Church in Ohio in 1904.
She was united in marriage to Carl Albert Lindblom on June 20, 1934.
They made their home near Geneva until Carl's death in 1964.
The couple had no children and after Carl's death, Ethel remained in Geneva until her marriage on February 7, 1975, to William Pribyl.


William and Ethel lived in Lincoln in their home until failing health made it necessary for her to become a resident of the Maplewood Nursing Home.


She was preceded in death by her parents and by her first husband, Carl A. Lindblom.   She is survived by her husband, William Pribyl of Lincoln; a stepson, Reuben Pribyl of Western, a step-daughter, Mrs. Roine Swanson and her husband, Duaine, of Lincoln; three step-grandchildren.


Funeral services were conducted from the Farmer & Son Funeral Home in Geneva on Wednesday, November 15, with the Rev. Brenda Barnes Jamieson officiating.


Musical selections were "In the Garden" and "Amazing Grace."  Pallbearers were Roger Odvody, Gary Pribyl, Kent Pribyl, Richard Pribyl, Roger Pribyl and William Schwisow.

Interment was in the Geneva Public Cemetery next to her first husband, Carl Lindblom.
