Transcription and Photos submitted by Doris Counts, 2012 Directions: Go south of Atkinson on Highway 11, 27 miles or to the substation, 472 avenue and 849 road turn west 4 miles to 468 avenue and 849 road. You will find a old house in the grove of trees. just south of that. The cemetery has a woven wire fence around it. I found only one tombstone, but grass is chin high. The tombstone was right under that tree to the north. There are supposed to be more people buried here. Also Pine Valley is the name some people call it. I also found people who referred to it as Cedar Valley. |
