Married, at the home of the groom's parents, Endicott, Nebr., Wednesday, March 10, 1897, by Rev. Walker of Steele City, Mr. Bert Mathis and Miss Mattie Littrell, both residents of Endicott. As the clock was on the stroke of twelve the bride and groom marched into the room where the guests were waiting for them, who consisted of the bride and groom's relatives. The bride was dressed in light tan and the groom in black. The ceremony was then pronounced and the guests wished them much joy and happiness, after which all sat down to a very elegant dinner. Towards evening the bride and groom departed for their future home on Rock Creek, where they intend to live. Their house was all furnished and ready for occupancy. They received many handsome and useful presents.
