Ralph Oatis Wooter ARTHUR — Ralph Oatis Wooters, 79, died Dec. 7, 1997, at his home in Arthur. Survivors include a daughter, Cinda (Bill) Ross of Garden City, Kan.; two sons, Gerald (Linda) of Ponca City, Okla., and Dale (Connie) of Henderson, Nev.; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; three sisters, Louise Stutzman of Broken Bow, Velma (Vern) Ims of Pharr, Texas, and Florence (Jim) Riley of Geneva, Ill.; two brothers, Frank (Una Jae) of Sacramento, Calif., and Eldon “Bud” (Charlotte) of Lincoln; and a host of relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Wilma, in 1996; his parents; a baby sister; and two brothers, Melvin and Wayne. Memorials have been established to Home Health Care and the Arthur County Rural Fire and Ambulance. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Arthur Baptist Church with the Rev. Glendon Epp officiating. Burial will be in the Arthur Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. today and from 1-7 p.m. Wednesday at the Draucker Funeral Home in Ogallala, which is in charge.
