Be it enacted by the Legiseture of the State of Nebraska. Section 1. That all that portion of the state of Nebraska commencing at the southeast corner of township seventeen (17), north range twenty-six (26), west of the sixth principat meridian, running thence west along th enorth line of Lincoln county to the southwest corner of township seventeen (17) north, rante twenty-nine (29) west; thence north to the northwest corner of township twenty (20), north, range twenty-nine (29), west; thence east to the northeast corner of township twenty (20) north, range twenty-six (26), west; thence south along the west line of Custer county to the point of beginning; be and the same shall constitute the county of Logan. Sec. 2. Whereas an emergency exists there for this act shall take effect and be in force from and after it’s passage. Approved February 24th, A. D., 1885 *Nebraska Session Laws of 1885
