BOYLE, FARRELL, FLYNN posted by N Morning on Wednesday, April 22, 1998

Desire any information on the John Michael BOYLE family who resided in Newman Grove area about 1919. John  and his wife May (surname unknown) had  following children: Ruben (twin) born 1908, Rosy (twin) born 1908, Pearl born 1912, Lester born 1910, Clarence born Dec.1919, died Omaha 1989. I believe John Michael Boyle who was born 1878 in Rawlins WY, to be the son of John Michael BOYLE and Maria FARRELL of Columbus area. Maria FARRELL was daughter of Matthew & Jane Ann FLYNN FARRELL who also resided in Columbus area in the 1880's. Does anyone know what happened to the John Michael Boyle family who were living in Walker Twp in the 1920 census, where and when did he marry his wife May (surname?), when did they die, what has happened to their children? I have info to exchange.Thank you to those who take the time to read this query.

Did marriage certificates back in 1891 include the bride's mother's maiden name?  If yes, the couple's name is: The couple's name:  groom, Claus HANSEN  born May 1, 1864 in Lustrup, Denmark ,bride, Sophie Alvina von KOCK  born March 17, 1865 in Ribe, Denmark They were married in Madison, Nebraska on December 28, 1891; place unknown. The bride's (Sophie Alvina von Kock) father's name was Adolph von Kock (born in Denmark) and mother's first name was Christina.  May have gone by the name Katrina instead of Christina.

I'm interested in the date and place of death of Annie GILL, my great-grandmother.  I know she died in Nebraska probably in the late 1950's.  I also know she lived with her daughter, Agnes STUTESMAN, who died in Norfolk, Madison County in 1988.  Also, information on children of Agnes and Harley STUTESMAN would be appreciated.

JOHNSON posted by Carl-Johan Ivarsson on Thursday, May 28, 1998

I am searching for all available information about Anna Marie (1839-1921) and Adam Peter (1829-1911) Johnson, their family and descendants. They emigrated from Kila, Varmland, Sweden in 1866 and settled first in Madison, WI. Later they went to Nebraska and homesteaded in Newman Grove, Madison Co. They had seven children altogether, of whom one died in infancy in Sweden. I am in touch with some of their descendants, but I know that there is plenty of them, some of them still residing in Newman Grove area. I have written a family history book about their Swedish family, but I am still missing a lot of information about them. All help is appreciated!
