- Would like to add the surname O'Bryan to Madison County. My
grandparents were married in Sacred Heart Church in Norfolk in
1914. My G-grandparents, Richard O'Bryan and Mary Jane McKee
O'Bryan are buried in Prospect Hill Cemetery in Norfolk. Richard
and Mary Jane had other children that were probably in the
Norfolk area as well. Their names are Robert O'Bryan, Trecia
O'Bryan Fallon, and Stacie O'Bryan Scott.

- I am looking for information on brothers Louis KRUMM (born
1850) and George KRUMM (born 1853) who lived in Tilden,
Jefferson township, in the early 1900's. Louis and George
married sisters Cora and Isabelle WARREN. All four originally
came from Winneshiek County, Iowa. Louis had son Giles and
daughter Mildred. George had son George.

- Seeking further info on: Wilhelm Luebke. Emigrated to Pierce
or Madison county area around late1860s-late1880s. Blacksmith by
trade. Died in 1912. Had at least one son William Albert Luebke
who died in about 1980.

- Samuel P. Burr died in Madison County in the 1880s. He was a
ME Minister, both here and in Illinois.

- Searching for cemetery records in Madison County for Asa
Gilbert Stevens (my great grandfather) whom I believe died at
Meadow Grove, Nebraska sometime between the 1900’s to 1920’s. He
was married to Cornelia Letts.

- I am looking for information on Caroline Louise Giehler or
Gieler (possible Bieler) born in Germany 1867. She came to the
US about 1885 (age 18) to live with a half-brother who was a
foreman on a big ranch in Tilden, NE according to a hand-written
memoir. The memoir says that she stayed on the ranch and went to
a litle country school house to learn English. Later she gave
piano lessons to support herself. In about 1891 she was in Iowa
and married to Ernst Kindler. Would appreciate any help or

to Tilden, NE in the spring of 1873. They had five children. Any

- Searching for Henry Christopher SALZMANN and Anna SALZMANN,
moved from Iowa County, Wisconsin, to homestead near Madison
Nebraska in the mid-1880s. Had 6 children, Minnie, Mary, Elmer,
Ella, Anne, and Mabel. Henry died by his own hand on February 8
1894, and his wife and children returned to Wisconsin.
Interested in learning about cemetery records, newspapers, etc,
that may give me more information.
