Lone Star Cemetery Listing
The following information was taken from
McPherson County History Book,
published in 1986. Verbal permission to use the book online for this purpose was
given by Betty Neal Rodewald Schroeder, Editor.
The Lone Star Cemetery was named for the Lone Star school which was about
a mile away when the cemetery was created on 4 acres of land deeded for the
cemetery and a church by John Cloud.
All burial plots but two are marked with stones. Graves are:
