I do not know if or how the subjects in these two photographs are related. I mention this in case there is a connection between the photos. I'm hoping to locate someone from this DIEHL family, so these photographs can be returned to their rightful place within that family. George Diehl & wife
I've "rescued" the above photograph of George DIEHL along with his wife which
was taken at the Curry Studio in Nebraska City, Nebraska. The photograph
appears to have been taken in the 1890s with the couple appearing to be in
their 20s at the time.An additional unidentified photograph (below) was recovered from the same source, that of a man in his 30s taken at the Bennett Brenton Studio, Palmyra, NE.
