She wrote, "there is a letter written to my mother (Katie Bell Hibbard) by her mother (Annette Kinne Hibbard).
It said 'today you are sixteen and I haven't seen you for eleven years.' I don't know the circumstances,
but she was raised by a family (Furgensens) in Iowa."
Mullenax Family History has a notation by Sina Mullenax Lucas: "This is all I know about my mother's family. She lived with another family from the time she was 5 yrs old." _______________________________________________________

James A. Polston worked for the Burlington Railroad. He was son of Andrew & Margaret Wills Polston.
