Looking for information on the following: Father, John Nunn of
Chatteris, England. John served in the Civil War, but I don't
know regiment.
John had a brother, Robert Nunn, who served in the 46th Illinois

Their mother, Martha Roof, left a will dividing land in Jones
County, Iowa, between Robert and John.
John lived in Otoe County about 1890-1900. Any connections?

BOURLIER
Trying to establish a relationship between an Emil Bourlier who
lived in Nemaha County in the 1870's and 1880's, and another
Emil Bourlier who lived in Nebraska City, around the same time.
The Emil who lived in Nemaha County had a father by the name of
James Bourlier. Don't know much of anything about him except he
came from France. Settled in Ohio for awhile, then moved to
Nemaha County, near Julian.

I am looking for Leander Carpenter and his family. An 1886
Gazetteer entry lists an L. Carpenter with a Turlington P.O.
Leander married Permelia Howe in Wisconsin and arrived in
Nebraska in 1886 with a daughter, Lorinda, born 1857. A son,
Lucian, was born 1866. I am not sure where Turlington was.
Any information on Carpenters in Otoe County would be of
interest.

married Blanche Albaugh about 1910. Their first son was born
about that time. They may have lived around Lorton.
Also looking for information on James William Heincy, born
Hannibal, MO. He married Blanche (Albaugh) Williamson, possibly
in the late 1920s. They later lived around Alliance, NE.

SHERIDAN, CADY, FAITH
Looking for the Sheridan family. Grandfather's name was James A.
Sheridan. He married Tootsie D. Cady on Sept. 20, 1919. Tootsie
passed away on Jan. 27, 1921. They had a son, Philip James
Sheridan born June 21, 1920, died Nov. 1983. Tootsie's family
raised him. James passed away when a car struck him and this
info can be found in the Morton James Library. I don't remember
that date.
Would like to find more information on the grandmother's family
also. Tootsie's mother's name was Beatrice E. Faith born July
15, 1863, died July 30, 1935. She married Chas. E. Cady on Aug.
10, 1886. Beatrice's first name may have been the E. as I find
it in old Bible records shown both ways. I know both families
were from Nebraska City, and James and Tootsie are buried in
Wyuka Cemetery.
