DEED FROM RECEIVERS OF CHESTER COUNTY GUARANTEE TRUST AND SAFE DEP. CO. To E. OPP, STATE OF NEBRASKA, ROCK COUNTY
This instrument was filed for record on the 1st day of July A.D. 1897 at 8 o'clock A.M. and duly recorded in Book "H" on page 113. G. A. Hillburg, County Clerk.
This indenture, made this 17th day of June 1897, between John A. Rupert and Wm. Chulfant Jr., Receivers of "The Chester County Guarantee Trust and Safe Deposit Company," of Pennsylvania of the first part and E. Opp of Rock County, in the State of Nebraska of the second part. Witnessed that said parties of the first part, in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged do by these presents remise, release quit claim unto said party of the first* second part, his heirs and assigns, all the following described Real Estate situated in the county of Rock and State of Nebraska to wit: Lot Four (4) and South East quarter of the South West quarter (SE4 SW4) and South half of the South East quarter (S2 SE4) of Section Nineteen (19) in Township Twenty Eight (28) north of range seventeen (17) West of the 6th principal Meridian, To Have and To Hold the same together with all and singular the tenements heridit** aments and appurtenances there unto belonging, or in any wise appertaining, forever. In witness whereof. The said parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands the day and year first above written.
