to this web site, we ask that you be sure to include the following:

Specify what section your submission is for. 
Such as Obits, Marriages, Cemeteries, Biographies, etc.

Contact us before sending any file attachments.

Obtain written permission from newspapers, authors of 
published works. Anything published after 1925 is still under 
copyright. Anything prior to that is safe to post on this site.

Give your full name & contact e-mail for anyone 
that may wish to contact you.

If you are sending images such as photos, we require these 
be in jpg format. There is a limit of no more than 5 photos 
per submitter for the Scrapbook Photo section.

We reserve the right to edit, crop & enhance photos & 
images submitted for this site.

PLEASE NOTE: We will not make changes or corrections on 
submitted material unless it is the transcriber making that correction.
