Rites for Andrew A. Kaiser Funeral services for former Fairburian, Andrew Amos Kaiser, 91, of Russel Kansas, were this Friday, afternoon in the Fox Funeral Home in Beatrice with Rev. Richard Carter officiating. Mr. Kaiser died Jan. 21, 1974. Born Jan. 25, 1882 near Daykin, Neb., he had lived in Fairbury, Wymore, and Beatrice before moving to Natoma, Kansas., in 1967 and to Russell in 1972. He was a member of the Centenary United Methodist Church at Beatrice, Fairbury Lodge No. 35 AF&AM and the Consistency. He was an engineer for the C. B. & Q. Railroad from 1913 until his retirement in 1944. Surviving are his daughter, Irene, Mrs. Fred Pohlman of Russell, Kas., 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
