Services Feb.. 15 For Alvina Chasdek
Alvina Chasdek 89, daughter of Henry and Maria Moellenbrandt Kochsmeier was 
born on a farm northeast of Western, NE, on February 4, 1896, and died on February 12, 1985.

She grew up on the farm and attended rural school near her home. She worked on the home 
farm with her parents and on February 16, 1915. She was united in marriage to Frank Chasdek 
at Western, (NE). The couple made their home on a farm northeast of Western. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Frank, son Emil, brothers, Henry, William, 
Daniel, Arthur and Conrad Kochsmeier and an infant brother; sisters Mary Henke, Sadie Chasdek, 
Lena Kochsmeier, Nettie Synder and an infant sister. Funeral services were held Friday, 
February 15, 1985, at 2 PM from the Zajicek funeral Home in Western. Burial was in the 
Plainview Cemetery at Western.
