Cassie Kinzie Leavitt - back
This is a picture of my great grandmother Cassie Kinzie Leavitt 1862-1931. Picture taken at Fike Studio, in Wilber, probably late 1882, as she married Thomas Jefferson Leavitt in early 1883 near Daykin, Ne. She came from Indiana to Nebraska in 1864 with her parents the David Hall Kinzie's, owning property just NW of Wilber and just east of Dewitt until the early 1880's, then moving to Jefferson County. Submitted by Dan Scheer

Unknown girls
This photo has no names on the back. My ancestors were Watson, Deal, Leavitt, and Kinzie in Thayer, Saline, Gage and Jefferson counties in Nebraska. I would love to have these girls identified, or at least the time period and photographer. Submitted by Dan Scheer

First Communicants from St. Joseph's church in Friend.
The boy on the very right is Daniel Joseph Sullivan, son of Timothy A. Sullivan and Ellen Campbell Sullivan, who was born June 6, 1899 in Friend. No other people identified. Do not know if the church has a record of who the others might be. Submitted by Teresa Sullivan

This is a postcard that has written on the back Daniels class 1919
As you can see there is a 1920 sign in back and so I assume that this was taken in the fall of1919 of the 1920 class. Daniel J. Sullivan is the tall one just left of the 20 sign.

He was born in June 1899 and believe however that he stayed at home for several years to help on the farm before he completed school in 1921 per the year book previously sent.

I would suggest it would be correct to ask if anyone can identify anyone else based on the 1921 year book.

They were married about 1864. Submitted by Melody
