ALLEN, BISHOP, BLISS posted by Gladys Tovrea-Brandstoettner on Saturday, September 18, 1999

I am trying to locate a family by the name of Bliss that lived in Ashland, Saunders county, NB. They moved there about 1930 from OK. Annie Allen was first married to Hirum Stanly Bishop in OK. They divorced prior to 1917. She remarried to a Mr. Bliss and they moved to Ashland. Annie had three children by her first marriage: Ruby born about 1905, Lloyd born about 1906 (died young), and Mabel born about 1908. I do not know if Ruby and Mabel went by Bishop or Bliss. These are my mother's 1/2 sisters, and she would like to locate them or their descendents. Any information would be helpful. Thanks.
