CADMAN - LEWIS These are the surnames to whom I am related. Celia Cadman was the last of this group, as far as I know. She is buried in Ridge Cemetery. She died 1921. I would love to know her maiden name. Edward William Lewis George Cadman These were the heads of the households.
Matthews, Joseph. I am researching the Matthews family of John Charles and Harriett (Harper) Matthews and have been trying to get a line of descent on their oldest son Joseph W. Matthews, born April 5, 1859 in Harpers Ferry, WV. I know in 1880, the family is living in Richardson, Butler Co., but Joseph now 21 has his own place and is farming. The next time I located Joseph he is in Saunders Co., Chapman Precinct working on a ranch as a Hostler for a Dr. W.C. Buel after this point I again lose track of him. Looking to see if Joseph left a line of descent in Saunders County. Lexi

Looking for information about families related to Henderson Linville Gibson (born Saunders Co., Dec. 4, 1867) and Margaret Elizabeth Bradberry who married Mr. Gibson at Wahoo, Nebraska about 1900.
Working on the line of John McMahan and Ava Speck married in Saunders Co, Neb. I found a posting by another researcher on another service who stated that Eva Specks parents had died and she had been adopted by Daniel McMahan and later married his son John. Any other information on either of these two family lines would be greatly apprecated. I am researching up the line of Edward McMackin (son of John and Ava). Their children used the spelling of McMackin. Ava also used McMackin after her husband died, but on her death record she is recorded as McMahon.

I can not see where the older Mathesons went with the younger ones to Comstock, NE; nor do I see that the nephew or niece went either. Am trying to trace family, and wondering if any of the Mathesons are buried in Saunders County. Any help and information will be greatly appreciated.
