POSTMASTERS OF TECUMSEH, JOHNSON COUNTY, NEBRASKA Submitted by Lucile H. Bates - Cozad, NE From Johnson County Centennial Book The first Post Office in Tecumseh was established January 29, 1857, and Charles A. GOSHEN was appointed the first postmaster. On July 1, 1858, James BISHOP became postmaster, and was succeeded on October 25, 1858, by Addison T. TUCK. On January 3, 1860, he was succeeded by Philip K. REIDY. On October 31, 1860, John EVANS became postmaster. The following, with their dates of appointment, have served as postmasters:
