Page 4 in this book was intentionally left blank and therefore I am inserting these comments for guidance. The inscription referred to on page 2 is in reference to a note placed in the book by Charlie Zimmerman to my parents.

I have made every attempt to keep the page numbers and format the same as the book. I want to express great thanks to Mary Rowlands for all her work typing the book into a Word document. I have attempted to place the pictures on the pages such that they are similar to the original book.

This book is a wonderful piece of history and I am hopeful that getting it on the Madison page will help preserve it for future generations.
