Mrs. Elizabeth E. Pitts died Monday morning at her home east of town after a lingering illness. The funeral was held from the home Tuesday afternoon and internment made in Rosehill cemetery. The services were conducted by Rev. E.M. Furnam. We have not been able to learn full particulars but we understand that she had been sick for some length of time.
