Prior to the meeting David Seay (pronouned See) of Avoca entertained the public with his Humanites Nebraska Speakers Program - "Train Songs and Tales." Root Beer floats and cookies were served from the AG II Building Kitchen. |

Palmerton Bronze Sculpture of The Good Shepherd was given to Rev. Paul & Donna Weinert in honor of his having served the Brownville & Nemaha, NE Methodist Churches for 25 years. It was donated to the Museum by their surviving family. ![]() |

| This
Civil War Era sewing table has returned to Falls City honoring the
request of Nellie Holt Bok, whose grandmother brought it from Virginia
to Missouri. It crossed the river from Missouri to Falls City and many
years later Nellie took it with her to Pennsylvania and then it went to
Camden, Maine. It has now been sent to us from Maine by Nellie's
granddaughter, Rachel Bok Goldman. "Again crossing the river." |
