Rambling With Rex The author of "Rambling With Rex" is Rex L. Salmon, 1938 model, farm son of Hamilton County. He has plans for over 100 stories that are sure to enlighten you about Hamilton County farm life back in the 1940's and 1950's -- or if you're an old-timer, his writings will take a nostalgic twist. His ties to the county almost go back to when Nebraska became a state in 1867, You're in for a treat, so please stop by often to see if he has added yet another great tale. If the Good Lord's willin' and the creek don't rise, he'll keep us entertained for a long time with his memories and stories of growing up in Hamilton County. (I (Barb) had the pleasure of meeting Rex in person June 2003) and he is just like his stories. |
