ROYCE, ROYSE posted by Phil Crowther on Friday, August 2, 2002: Looking for information on Royses living in Custer County ca 1880. Edward Royse (1858-1917) was mayor. He lived next to Charles Royse (1854-1926). According to his Death Certificate, the parents of Charles Royse were Peter Royse and Mary A. Goody.

My father's name was Clarence Alva Smith, born 11-24-1911, his father was George Smith, and his mother Eva Parr Smith. I am hoping to make a trip to the Broken Bow area this fall, and would be interested in any information, such as burial sites of my grandparents, location of the family farm in Custer County.
