I have a OLD piece of furnature that is stamped "Curtis & Young - Calloway, Nebraska" The spelling of Callaway IS spelled Calloway on the furniture. I know it is old and came out of the old house here south of Arnold. I can not find any information on the when the town was spelled that way other than an old map that plotted places around the time the olives lived in Custer County. Was Curtis & Young a store, or the manufactures of the piece? Any information would be welcomed.

From 1900 to 1930 Gerd is shown in Nebraska Census. Looks like he is married to an Annie or some variation of that forename. Thank you.

Searching for any info on Mark "Markus" Cline (b: 1884 and died aft 1921) who was the son of Salathial Merion Cline and Mary Druscilla Tootle. Salathial and Mary settled in the Elm Creek, Buffalo County, Nebraska area in 1885. Their son, Marcus Cline was listed in the 1894 School Census report for District 47, Buffalo County, Nebraska. In 1921 Marcus was listed as living in Comstock, Custer County, Nebraksa. He may have been married to Grace (last name unknown) with a daughter Margaret (b abt 1909 and last known living in Elm Creek, Nebraska) and a son John. I have a more complete Cline tree if it is needed by other researchers. Send emails to Mark Peterson at: mpeterson2200@sbcglobal.net

I am seeking information on Robert G. Brass from Sargent, Nebraska. Robert G. Brass was part of a bomber crew during WWII, and was lost over the North Sea on 2/5/1945. My grandfather was a navigator with that same crew and also lost. My family was in contact with Robert's mother, Edith M. Brass, for support during the time after the crew was given MIA status. In a letter Mrs. Brass noted that she had eight sons and two daughters. I am hoping to establish contact with the families of the lost crewmen to share information and/or photographs. I would appreciate any assistance in finding relatives for contact regarding Robert G. Brass. Thanks Matthew T. Junkin

Looking for other researchers who may be interested in this family who were in Kilfoil Twp., Custer Co, Nebraska in 1910: Thomas K. Hyett b. ca. 1857 Ohio Alice (Green) Hyett b. ca. 1857 Ohio (w/o Thomas) Clyde Hyett b. 1884 Kansas Ray Hyett b. 1888 Kansas Edith Hyett b. 1892 Kansas Bessie Hyett b. 1896 Kansas I believe I have found Ray Hyett with his wife, children and mother in Arkansas in 1920 and in 1930 they were in Crawford Co., Kansas. Clyde was in Kilfoil Twp. in 1910, but I cannot find him after that. I am wondering if the two girls were married there? And if Thomas died there. Alice is a widow in the 1920 census. Hope someone has some info. for me. Thanks.
